Sorry if I'm the last to hear this, as I see we lost Dave back in early March, but the Chicago Tribune published the news in their weekly obituary round-up only yesterday (April 6, 2008). I'm very saddened to hear Dave was so sick and has succumed to his Lukemia, it's a sad loss to the comic world, I'll miss his work. S.
